From Neve Campbell and the ‘Scream’ reunion to cast members from ‘Child’s Play’ to Bam Margera and the “Shocker himself, Mitch Pileggi, this con definitely had it all. Jason learns a valuable lesson about meeting your heroes when you set the bar too low, as Tom learns that there is too much of a good thing when it comes to hot, tight, sticky places. The crew recounts their memories of the late, great “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and how he was the gold standard when it came to celebrity encounters. In what becomes a very Philly-centric episode, Tom offers a look inside the tragedy that befell the HitchBOT and a Kickstarter campaign for a film based on one of the city’s most notorious residents, Uncle Eddie Savitz, with “The Resurrection Of Uncle Eddie.” You’ll laugh. Jason’s choices range from USA’s ‘Mr. Robot’ and the ‘I Am Chris Farley’ documentary, while Jeremy focuses on director Greg Garthe’s ‘Last Call.’ Last but certainly not least, in a segment sure to tug at your heartstrings, Jeremy finds a friend in a lil’ fella named bObi.
